摘要
针对目前遥感专业本科生培养不能满足应用型、创新型和复合型人才需求的问题,该文以山东科技大学遥感科学与技术专业为例,开展数字技术背景下的专业创新人才培养模式改革与实践;以“厚基础、重实践、强创新、高素质”为培养目标,建设高水平教学资源库,构建“线上学习+翻转课堂+BOPPPS课堂+案例研讨+实践案例”“五位一体”混合式教学模式,实施“实验案例+虚拟仿真+工程案例”三层进阶实践培养模式,应对学生多元化、个性化发展需求,提升学生的学习主动性、科技创新能力和思辨能力。实践表明:学生的深度学习能力和科技创新能力得到明显提高。
In order to solve the problem that the current undergraduate training of remote sensing major can not meet the demand for innovative talents,this paper carries out the reform and practice of professional innovative talent training mode supported by digital technology for remote sensing science and technology major of Shandong University of Science and Technology.The specific solutions and approaches have been given.The new cultivation goals are“solid foundation,emphasis on practice,strong innovation,and high quality”.Optimizing the teaching staff and building a three-dimensional high-level teaching resource library have been carried out in the reform,the new teaching model of“online learning+flipped classroom+BOPPPS classroom+case study+practical case”was constructed.The practical teaching model of“experimental case+virtual simulation+engineering case”has been improved.Through the reform,the students'learning initiative,technological innovation ability,and critical thinking ability have been greatly improved.The practice shows that students'practical ability and consciousness of scientific and technological innovation have been significantly improved.
