运用正态分布理论的教学督导课堂评价研究

摘要 教学督导是高等学校教育教学质量的重要保障。许多高等学校开展了教学督导方面的经验探索和方法研究,目前,教学督导专家多以进入课堂听课评分的方式完成课程教学督导评价。为了解决教学督导评价中存在的评分标准偏差过大和评分偏高等问题,该文提出了运用正态分布理论建立课堂教学评价“参照系”。此“参照系”结合条件要素可以指导教学督导专家的课堂评价和讲课评优,更有效地完成教学督导评价,提高教学督导的可靠性,进一步提升教学质量。 Teaching supervision is an important guarantee of teaching quality in University.Many universities have carried out researches on empirical exploration and method of teaching supervision.Most of teaching supervision experts uses way of entering classroom and listening course to fulfill supervision and evaluation of courses at present.In order to deal with the problems such as excessive deviation of scoring standards and high scoring in evaluation,it is established a“reference system”for classroom teaching evaluation using the normal distribution theory in this research.It can be used to guide the classroom evaluation and lecture evaluation of teaching supervision experts with conditional elements,provided reference for teaching supervision,improved the reliability of teaching supervision and teaching quality further.
