摘要
“产学研用”四位一体的教育模式是实现大学教学改革、培养创新型人才、创造良好经济效益和社会效益的重要方式。该文从高校理论教学与实践环节协同、科研机构与高校人才培养协同、企业用人与高校育人协同以及地方需求与高校人才培养协同等方面,对信息类创新人才协同育人模式进行了研究,对新工科院校的创新人才培养提出了具体的改革建议。
The“industry,academia,research and use”four-in-one education mode is an important way to realize the reform of university teaching,cultivate innovative talents and create good economic and social benefits.This paper studies the reform of the collaborative education mode for information innovative talents from the aspects of the cooperation between theoretical teaching and practice in universities,the cooperation of talent cultivation between scientific research institutions and universities,the cooperation between enterprises employment and universities education,and the cooperation between local needs and talent cultivation in universities,puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the training mode of innovative talents in new engineering colleges.
