摘要
学科竞赛是应用型本科高校培养学生实践能力的重要方式之一。该文在提升学生创新创业能力的基础上,利用PDCA理论,经过制定计划—执行计划—检查计划—计划调整与改善四个阶段,对参赛项目进行优化与迭代。实施“赛教结合”的教学模式,在学院多重有效机制的保障下,组建竞赛指导教师团队,建立“老带新”、可传承的队伍发展机制,为指导教师团队注入活力,增强学生参加学科竞赛的能力。
Subject competitions is one of the important ways of cultivating students'practical abilities in application-oriented undergraduate universities,this paper utilize PDCA theory to optimize and iterate the participating projects through four stages:formulating plan,executing plan,inspecting plan,adjusting and continuously improving the plan.Implement the teaching model of“combining competition with teaching”,and under the guarantee of multiple effective mechanisms in the college,establish a team of competition guidance teachers,establish a“old leads new”and inheritable team development mechanism,inject vitality into the guidance teacher team,and enhance students'ability to participate in subject competitions.
