摘要
校企联合培养专业学位研究生是提高学生实践能力的有效方式,对培养高层次、创新型、复合型、应用型人才具有重要意义。该文通过分析专业学位研究生校企联合培养发展现状、存在的问题与不足,探讨校企联合培养专业学位研究生的新型模式,提出健全双导师制,建立校企联合培养管理体系,从而提升研究生的实践创新能力,为联合培养专业学位研究生提供借鉴。
The joint cultivation of professional degree graduates by schools and enterprises is an effective way to improve students'practical abilities,and is of great significance for cultivating high-level,innovative,composite,and applied talents.This article analyzes the current situation,existing problems,and shortcomings of the joint training between schools and enterprises for professional degree graduate students,and explores a new model of joint training between schools and enterprises for professional degree graduate students,propose to perfect the double mentor system and the school enterprise joint training management system,so as to enhance the practical and innovative ability of graduate students and provide reference for the joint training of professional degree graduates.
