摘要
如何改进教研活动,从而提升高等教育教学质量,更好地向社会输送各类人才,已经成为高校面临的重要课题。该文在分析高校教研活动改进有利于创新教学方法和培养教学人才的基础上,利用SECI模型,梳理了高校教研团队在教学知识转化的四个环节的现状和存在的问题,提出了高校教研团队改进教研活动的相关措施。
In order to better transfer all kinds of talents to the society,how to improve the teaching and research activities so as to improve the quality of higher education has become an important issue for colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the improvement of university teaching and researching activities is conducive to innovating teaching methods and cultivating teaching talents,this paper uses SECI model to analyze the situation and the existing problems of the university teaching and research teams in the four stages of teaching knowledge transformation,provides relevant measures for improving teaching and research activities of university teaching and research teams.
