摘要
为了满足经济与社会发展需要,国家明确提出了培养应用型实践创新人才的要求。该文分析了现阶段地方应用型本科院校机械设计制造及其自动化专业在人才培养方面存在的问题,从应用型创新人才培养入手,通过优化人才培养方案、强化创新教育教学过程、加强校企合作及师资队伍建设等措施,逐渐形成了能力主导、课本为本、校企协同的机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养体系,为本科应用型创新人才培养提供了新思路、新路径。
To meet the needs of economic and developmen,the country has clearly put forward the requirements for cultivating application-oriented practical and innovative talents.This paper analyzes the problems of talents cultivation in the specialty of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation in local application-oriented universities.Starting from the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents,by optimizing the talent training program,strengthening the innovative education and teaching process,strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of the faculty,gradually formed a capability-oriented,textbook-based,school-enterprise collaboration of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional talent training system,which opened up new ideas and new paths for the cultivation of undergraduate application-oriented innovative talents.
