摘要
该文基于培训迁移理论,构建影响新入职教师培训实效性的指标体系,应用逐步回归的方法分类挖掘指标间的交互作用及对培训实效性的总体影响,借助回归系数改进层次分析法,获得指标权重,分析影响培训实效性的主要因素。从实证结果来看,培训迁移氛围是影响培训实效性的主要因素,学校对师资培训的重视程度、能够提供的培训成果转化平台、务实高效的培训组织、规范完善的成果转化机制等因素,对培训实效性起着至关重要的作用。
Based on the theory of transfer of training,this paper constructs the index system which affects the effectiveness of new teachers'training,and applies the method of stepwise regression to classify the interaction between the indexes and the overall impact on the training effectiveness.With the help of the coefficient of regression improved analytic hierarchy process,get the index weight,analyze the main factors that affect the effectiveness of training.According to the empirical results,the transfer of training atmosphere is the main factor affecting the effectiveness of training,the importance attached by the school to teacher training,the training achievement transformation platform,the pragmatic and efficient training organization,the standardized and perfect achievement transformation mechanism play a vital role in the training effectiveness.
