摘要
学科竞赛已经成为大学生培养的重要形式。该文以某高校创新方法校级竞赛为例,应用TRIZ创新理论分析该竞赛对学生能力培养的效果,构建工科大学生能力构成与目标模型、定义学生参与竞赛各环节培养其能力的类功能技术系统、分析竞赛对学生培养的主要特征,构建其过程关系模型,定义为5-DMCOE学科竞赛实践教育模型;结合分析创新方法竞赛特征及其各环节数据,揭示学生参加学科竞赛动机及目的与获取能力的关系,进而建立竞赛对学生能力培养的评价模型,计算模型参数并得到对应赛事的评价模型解。根据竞赛获奖项目及相关数据分析结果和计算评价模型解为65.8646分,初步探索获得面向在校工科大学生教授创新方法所需要的基本条件,以及创新方法学习对学生参加其他类型竞赛的价值和意义,进而揭示学科竞赛过程培养学生能力的机理。
Discipline competition has become an important form of college student training.Taking innovation method competition in a local university as example,this paper applied the TRIZ to analyze effect of comprehensive ability on cultivating students by competitions,constructing the model of the composition,called 5-DMCOE model,and target of the ability of engineering college students,defining the functional technology system for the cultivation of students'ability in the competition,and analyzing the main features of the competition on the cultivation of students.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the innovative method competition and the data of the implementation of the competition,the relationship between the motivation and purpose of students'participation in the discipline competition and the acquisition ability is revealed,and then the evaluation model of the competition on the cultivation of students'ability is established,the value is 65.8646.Based on the results of award-winning projects and relevant data analysis,this paper preliminarily is explored the basic conditions required for teaching innovative methods to engineering college students,and the value and significance of learning innovative methods for students to participate in other types of competitions,and then revealed the mechanism of cultivating students'ability in the process of discipline competition.
