摘要
分众式教学法针对学生的不同需求设计差异化的教学内容,有助于提高中级财务会计课程的教学质量。分众式教学法主要包括三个实施步骤,一是要做好学情分析,结合学生未来的就业意愿进行分组;二是将教学内容划分模块,让学生可以根据自己的需求选择不同的模块组合学习;最后采用多样性的考核方式,提高平时成绩的权重。
Focus teaching method uses varied teaching contents according to students'needs,can improve the teaching quality of intermediate financial accounting course.The focus teaching method mainly includes three steps.First,we should analyze of students'learning situation then divide them into different groups according to their future employment willingness.Second,divide the teaching content into modules,that students can choose different module combinations according to their own needs.Finally,use different assessment methods and improve the proportion of usual performance.
