摘要
创新型国家建设对高职院校创新人才培养提出了更高的要求,创新人才培养在实现我国职业教育现代化中亦起着重要作用。该文分析了高职院校产教融合创新人才培养的必要性,剖析了高职院校创新人才培养存在的问题,从树立科学的创新人才培养理念、产教融合提升创新人才培养水平及开展科学的创新人才培养质量评价等方面提出了高职院校创新人才培养的对策,致力提升创新人才培养质量。
