产教融合背景下高职学前教育专业“岗课赛证”校企协同育人的探究 被引量:11

摘要 在产教融合视域下,高职院校学前教育专业“岗课赛证”融合是将本专业就业岗位的需求、职业资格证书考试标准、相关的技能竞赛标准以及专业人才培养课程体系进行一体化设计,形成学前教育专业综合育人的体系。完善学前教育专业人才培养内容和标准,确保了学前教育专业学生职业能力和岗位职业需求的高度一致,提高高质量就业率。通过“岗课赛证”融通,促进人才培养质量提升,既对人才培养模式进行了创新改革,也对学前教育专业内涵提升起到了促进作用。 Under the perspective of industry and education integration,higher vocational colleges preschool education professional"Post Course Competition Certificate"integration is the demand of the professional employment,professional qualification certificate examination standards,related skills competition standards,and professional personnel training curriculum system integration design,the formation of preschool education professional comprehensive education system.The training of the content and standards for preschool education professionals have been improved,and the vocational ability of preschool education students is highly consistent with the professional needs of their positions,and the high-quality employment rate has been improved.Promoting the improvement of the quality of talent training through the integration of post certification courses not only promotes the innovative reform of the talent training mode,but also plays a good role in promoting the connotation of preschool education major.
