摘要
针对高校跨境电商专业人才短缺、技能水平有待提高等问题,开展新商科背景下高校跨境电商产教融合人才培养模式研究。该文阐述新商科对跨境电商人才的能力要求,以及新商科背景下人才培养理念的转变,通过分析当前高校跨境电商专业人才培养中存在的数量和质量问题,有针对性地提出人才胜任素质模型、新商科背景下的产教融合人才培养模式创新和长效保障机制构建,促进高校跨境电商人才的培养,为高校新兴学科的人才培养探索更好的发展路径。
In view of the shortage of cross-border e-commerce professionals in colleges and universities and the need to improve their skills,this paper puts forward the research on the talent training mode of cross-border e-commerce industry education integration in colleges and universities under the background of new business.This paper expounds the ability requirements of"new business"for cross-border e-commerce talents and the transformation of talent training concept under the background of new business.By analyzing the quantity and quality problems existing in the training of cross-border e-commerce professionals in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the talent competency model,the innovation of industry education integration talent training model under the background of new business and the construction of long-term guarantee mechanism,promote the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and universities,and explore a high-quality development path for the cultivation of talents in emerging disciplines in colleges and universities.
