摘要
以职业成长规律为理论基础,以其对职业教育的应用指导为参考,结合高职口腔医学技术的专业特点,校企合作进行现代学徒人才分段贯通培养设计与实施。我校高职口腔医学技术现代学徒培养分为“准学徒(初学者)—岗位学徒(高级初学者)—准员工(有能力者)”三个阶段,并辅以与三段贯通培养相适应的“阶段递进专业+”课外活动,在各阶段中递进培养学生的专业能力和实践创新能力,使其成为行业所需的高素质技能型人才。
Based on the law of vocational growth and its application guidance to vocational education,the design and implementation of the segment-through training of modern apprentices was carried out in combination with the professional characteristics of vocational stomatology technology through school-enterprise cooperation.Our higher vocational oral medical technology modern apprenticeship training is divided into"apprentice(beginner)-post apprentice(advanced beginners)-prospective employees(ability)"three stages,along with three through train to cultivate"stage progressive professional+"that can meet the needs of extracurricular activities,progressive in each stage to cultivate the students’professional ability and practical ability to innovate,to become the high-quality skilled talents required by the industry.
