职教集团化视域下高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设路径实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 高等教育体系中的高等职业教育承担着为社会生产建设和管理服务提供高技能人才的重要任务。稳定高质量的“双师型”师资队伍是高职院校整体办学水平的保证。在新时代背景下提高“双师型”师资质量,建构“双师型”队伍培养途径,是当代高职院校的重要任务之一。该文首先对职教集团和高职院校“双师型”师资进行界定,然后深入探究职教集团化视域下高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设路径,希望能给广大相关教育同行带来借鉴和思索。 Higher vocational education in the higher education system undertakes the important task of providing high skilled talents for social production,construction and management services.Stabilizing high-quality"double qualified"teachers is the guarantee of the overall school running level of higher vocational colleges.Under the background of the new era,improving the quality of"double qualified"teachers and constructing the training ways of"double qualified"teachers are one of the important tasks of contemporary higher vocational colleges.This paper first defines the"double qualified"teachers of vocational education group and higher vocational colleges,and then deeply explores the path of"double qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of vocational education group,hoping to bring reference and thinking to the majority of relevant educational colleagues.
