摘要
实施现代学徒制,促进产教融合,是我国建设高素质人才队伍的需要。当前高职院校作物生产类专业在现代学徒制产教融合过程中,面临着产教合作关系较为松散、双导师团队建设不规范、教学质量管理保障不足等困境。作物生产技术专业群在人才培养过程中,如何有效深化与现代学徒制的产教融合,优化培养高素质“三农”产业技术技能人才的路径选择,值得深入探讨和研究。
Implementing a modern apprenticeship system and promoting the integration of production and education are the needs of my country’s construction of a high-quality talent team.Currently,crop production majors in higher vocational colleges are facing the difficulties of loose cooperation between production and education in the process of modern apprenticeship integration of production and education,irregular double-tutor team construction,and insufficient guarantees for teaching quality management.In the process of talent training,how to effectively deepen the integration of production and education with modern apprenticeship for the crop production technology professional group to optimize the route choice for cultivating high-quality"three rural"industrial technical skills talents is worthy of in-depth discussion and research.
