摘要
应用型本科院校作为地方人才的重要输出方,在支持地方经济发展中起着不可或缺的作用,而应用型本科院校培养的人才是否能满足地方企业需求,很大程度上依赖于学校对学生实践能力的培养。校内专业实习是应用型本科院校提升学生实践能力的重要手段,但现实中校内专业实习存在情景氛围缺失、实习内容单一、实习资料综合性差等问题,该文以新疆KJ学院为例,探究了适用该校校内专业实习的创新模式,为提升实践教学质量提供了启示。
Applied undergraduate colleges and universities as important senders of local talent,in supporting local economic development plays an indispensable role,and talent of applied undergraduate colleges and universities can meet the demand of local enterprises,to a large extent rely on school to cultivate students’practical ability,the school professional practice is important means to promote students’practical ability of applied undergraduate colleges.But in reality,there is a lack of situational atmosphere in the campus professional practice,practice content is single,practice data comprehensive poor and other problems,this paper takes Xinjiang KJ College as an example to explore the innovation model for professional practice in the school,to improve the quality of practical teaching to provide inspiration.
