摘要
立德树人为发展型资助指明了工作方向、明确了工作任务、拓展了工作内容,发展型资助蕴含着立德树人的深意,坚持立德树人理念才能实现发展型的资助育人。当前资助工作中还存在立德树人理念尚未建立、育人缺乏合力、受助者行为养成不足等困境。提出了建立资源聚合机制、优化过程机制、健全组织管理机制、形成反馈机制的路径。
Cultivating people by virtue points out the work direction,clarifies the work task and expands the work content for development-oriented funding.Development-oriented funding contains the deep meaning of cultivating people by virtue,and only by adhering to the concept of cultivating people by virtue can development-oriented funding and education be realized.At present,there are still some difficulties in the financial aid work,such as the idea of moral education has not been established,the lack of joint force in education,and the lack of behavior development of the recipients.The path of establishing resource aggregation mechanism,optimizing process mechanism,perfecting organization and management mechanism and forming feedback mechanism is put forward.
