摘要
五年制学前教育专业定向免培生是海南省为推动本土学前教育的发展而专门制定的一项幼教师资培养项目,该专业的学制年限长、生源起点低、培养规格严、毕业要求高,定向免培生的人才培养工作情况较为复杂。该文从学情现状切入,围绕学生的综合素质、保教能力等方面进行剖析,阐述制约该专业学生人才培养质量的影响因素;尝试从专业素质培养途径、实践模式创新等方面,论述提高五年制学前教育专业定向免培生人才培养质量的优化策略。
The five-year pre-school education specialty oriented free students is a preschool teacher training project specially formulated by Hainan Province in order to promote the development of local preschool education. This major has a long schooling period, a low starting point of students, strict training specifications and high graduation requirements. Therefore, the personnel training work of the targeted non training students is relatively complex. Starting from the current situation of learning, this paper analyzes the students’ comprehensive quality and teaching ability, and expounds the influencing factors that restrict the quality of personnel training of the major. It also attempts to discuss the optimization strategies to improve the quality of the oriented non training talents of five-year pre-school education major from the aspects of professional quality training approaches and practice mode innovation.
