摘要
在知识经济时代背景下,创新创业教育成为主流,民办高校培养具有实践能力的人才也是新时代的教育思路。随着旅游业快速发展与旅游行业人才紧缺之间的矛盾愈发明显,高校已经成为旅游人才培养的重要基地。该文对民办高校旅游管理本科专业人才的教育模式进行了探究与分析,提出培养旅游管理专业人才的些许建议,旨在为社会培养更多创新型旅游人才,为旅游行业和现代管理型企业培养实际应用型人才。
Under the background of the era of knowledge economy, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the mainstream, private colleges and universities to cultivate practical talents is also the new era of education ideas. With the rapid development of tourism industry and the shortage of tourism industry talents, the contradiction between the university has become an important base of tourism talent training. This paper explores and analyzes the education mode of undergraduate tourism management professionals in private colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions for training tourism management professionals, aiming to cultivate more innovative tourism talents for the society and practical talents for tourism industry and modern management enterprises.
