我国高职人文素质教育现状及对策研究 被引量:1

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Humanistic Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in China

摘要 该研究主要运用文献资料法、访谈法对我国高职院校人文素质教育现状进行剖析,指出我国高职教育存在重技术轻知识,强调动手能力而文化学习稍显不足等问题,导致这一现状的主要原因是高职学生本身学习能力有待提高,高职教育培养目标单一,高职教育体系不完备。该研究提出:完善高职专业课程体系,创新和发展人文素质课程;建设具有浓厚人文教育氛围的教学实践环节,把人文素质教育纳入各项课程的考核内容,并完善人文素质教育考核体系,以期对提升高职人文素质修养具有一定价值。 This study mainly uses the method of literature review and interview to analyze the current situation of humanistic quality education in Higher Vocational Colleges in China,pointing out that there are some problems in Higher Vocational Education in China,such as technology is more important than knowledge,practical ability is emphasized,and cultural learning is slightly insufficient.The main reasons for this situation are that the learning ability of higher vocational students needs to be improved,the training goal of higher vocational education is single,and the higher vocational education system Incomplete.The research puts forward:improve the curriculum system of higher vocational education,innovate and develop the humanistic quality curriculum;construct the teaching practice link with strong humanistic education atmosphere,incorporate humanistic quality education into the assessment content of various courses,and improve the assessment system of humanistic quality education,so as to have certain value for improving the humanistic quality of higher vocational education.
