摘要
研究生教育作为国民教育体系的塔尖与学历教育的顶端,肩负着为国家培养高层次人才的重任,是国家人才竞争和科技竞争的重要支柱。目前,随着研究生招生数量的不断增加,人们对研究生教育质量有了越来越多的关注。现阶段各院校在研究生教育上出现的状况,如培养模式单一,理论与实践结合较差,资源不均衡等,导致了现阶段研究生培养质量不高及就业难的问题。结合所在院校材料学专业研究生实际培养情况,探索该专业研究生培养过程中的问题并分析对策。
As the top of national education system and the top of academic education,Education of graduate shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-level talents for the country,and is an important pillar of the national talent competition and scientific and technological competition.At present,with the increasing number of graduate student enrollment,people pay more and more attention to the quality of graduate education.The current situation of graduate education in colleges and universities,such as the single mode of training,poor combination of theory and practice,and the imbalance of resources,has led to the problems of low quality of graduate education and difficult employment.Combined with the actual training of graduate students in the material science major in the university where the author works,this paper explores the problems in the training process of graduate students in this major and analyzes the countermeasures.
