摘要
目的研究以问题为导向的教学法与情景模拟剧教学法相结合的教学方法(以下简称PBL结合情景模拟剧教学法)在临床检验教学中的应用效果。方法在2019级5年制临床检验医学专业的学生抽取150位实习生,按照随机方法分为对照组和实验组,各75例。对照组的学生采用传统教学模式,而观察组学生采用PBL结合情景模拟剧教学法。所有实习生在接受教学之前与接受教学之后都要进行统一的闭卷考试,在接受教学后,还会对学生发放问卷,搜集学生对教学方式的体验,对两组学生的成绩以及对教学的评价。结果实验组学生的平均成绩为(87.61±6.67)分,对照组学生的平均成绩为(82.48±5.89)分,实验组学生的成绩明显高于对照组;实验组学生对PBL结合情景模拟剧教学法的满意度为93.00%,对照组学生对传统教学法的满意度为66.00%,实验组学生对教学的满意度明显高于对照组。结论在临床检验教学中采用PBL结合情景模拟剧教学法能够提高学生的学习效率,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的学习主动性,可以在教学中应用与推广。
Objective To study the application effect of problem-based teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method in clinical laboratory teaching.Methods 150 interns were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,75 cases in each group.The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the students in the observation group adopted the combination of problem-based teaching method and PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method.All interns before and after teaching should have a unified closed book examination.After receiving the teaching,they will also issue questionnaires to collect students’experience of teaching methods,the scores of the two groups of students and the evaluation of teaching.Results the average score of the experimental group was(87.61±6.67),the average score of the control group was(82.48±5.89),the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the satisfaction of the experimental group students to the PBL teaching method was 93.00%,and that of the control group was 66.00%.Conclusion PBL teaching method in clinical laboratory teaching can improve students’learning efficiency,stimulate students’interest in learning and cultivate students’learning initiative,which can be applied and promoted in teaching.
