摘要
目前00后已经作为大学校园的主力军。面对这些性格独立、追求效率、喜欢网上交流沟通的00后们,辅导员应迅速调整工作方向,提高育人的实效性。该文先介绍了目前高校辅导员就业指导工作的现状,分析了焦点解决的理念及其优势,结合笔者所在高校运用焦点解决技术进行就业指导的相关经验,探索出一套切实可行的焦点解决式线上就业指导新模式。将其作为"蓝本"为各高校提升就业指导水平提供借鉴和参考。
At present,the"after 00"students has become the main force on the university campus.Facing these"after 00"students who are more independent,pursue efficiency,and like online communication,counselors should quickly adjust their work direction to improve the effectiveness of educating people.This paper first introduces the current status of employment guidance that counselor how to work in the universities,analyzes the concept and advantages of focus solution,and explores a set of practical focus solution online employment based on the author’s relevant experience in applying focus solution technology to employment guidance.The new guidance model serves as a"blueprint"for universities to promote the level of employment guidance,providing suggestions and reference.
