高校地理师范生从师技能培养

摘要 新课程改革和教师资格认定改革给地理师范生的培养提出了新的要求。该文分析了师范院校师范生培养中存在的诸如:师范院校重理论轻实践,重科研轻教学,师范生教学技能不扎实,知识应用能力较低,不会教学反思等问题,并提出加强教育实践环节的控制,注重能力培养,建立本科生导师制等相应举措,着力培养师范生的教师职业情怀和社会责任感。 The reform of new curriculum and the qualification of teachers have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of geography normal students.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of normal college students,such as:normal college pay close attention to theory rather than practice,scientific study rather than teaching,the teaching skills of normal college students are poor,the ability of knowledge application is low,and they can’t reflect on teaching,etc.,and puts forward some corresponding measures,such as strengthening the control of educational practice,paying attention to ability cultivation,establishing graduate’s professor institution,etc.,to cultivate the teaching of normal college students Teachers’professional feelings and sense of social responsibility.
