摘要
行业院校是为特定行业输送大量人才,对从业人员专业水平与职业素养要求较高,课程思政的开展为人才培养奠定基础。而目前行业院校研究生课程思政建设正处于探索和实践阶段,对其实施成效进行评价可进一步提升建设效果,完善课程思政建设方案。该文基于CIPP评价模式理念,根据行业院校特性及研究生培养特点,从背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和成果评价四方面出发,建立起行业院校研究生课程思政评价指标体系并对其进行解释说明,为建立行业院校研究生课程思政评价体系奠定基础。
Industry colleges and universities are to transport a large number of talents for specific industries,which have higher requirements on professional level and professional quality of practitioners.The development of curriculum ideology and politics lays a foundation for talent cultivation.At present,the ideological and political construction of graduate students in industrial colleges is in the exploration and practice stage.The evaluation of its implementation effect can further enhance the construction effect and improve the curriculum ideological and political construction plan.Colleges and universities based on the concept of CIPP evaluation model,according to industry characteristics and characteristics of graduate student training,evaluation,evaluation of input from the background,process evaluation and outcome evaluation four aspects,establish industry college graduate courses education evaluation index system and carries on the explanation,colleges and universities graduate students to build industry education evaluation system lay the foundation.
