摘要
目的通过对口腔专科医院、综合医院口腔科、口腔诊所三级口腔卫生服务体系开展问卷调查,了解口腔医学牙周病学专业方向人才需求、职业素质能力要求等,为提高教学质量,探索口腔医学牙周专业方向新的教学模式,培养高素质技能型人才提供依据。方法采取实地考察、实地问卷调查及网络问卷调查等方式进行调研。结果被调查的各级医疗机构牙周专业开展情况不乐观,牙周专科医生需求量较大。结论学校可进行教学模式改革,提高牙周病学的教学地位,建设"双师型"教师队伍以及采取校企合作等方式加强学生牙周专业方向的技能培训,提高就业率。调查结果为山东医学高等专科学校(济南)培养适应社会需求的口腔医学人才提供了依据。
Objective By oral outpatient,hospital,general hospital dental dental clinic triple oral health service system to carry out the questionnaire survey,to understand oral medicine periodontics direction talent demand,the ability of professional quality and other factors,to improve the quality of teaching,to explore the oral medicine periodontal professional direction of the new teaching mode,which provides the basis for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Methods Field investigation,field questionnaire survey and network questionnaire survey were adopted.Results The development of periodontal specialty in all levels of medical institutions was not optimistic,and periodontal specialists were in great demand.Conclusion Schools can reform the teaching mode,improve the teaching status of periodontiology,build a"double-qualified"teacher team,and strengthen the skills training of students’periodontal specialty through school-enterprise cooperation to improve the employment rate.The results of the survey provide a basis for Shandong Medical College Jinan to train stomatological talents to meet the social needs.
