摘要
思政理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思政理论课关键在教师,在于发挥教师的积极性、主动性、创造性。高职院校在开展思政教育时要做到因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,这也对思政课教师提出了更高的要求。新时代高职院校要围绕立德树人根本任务,从加强顶层设计、完善培训体系、突出学生关切等方面,培养"政治要强""情怀要深""思维要新""视野要广""自律要严""人格要正"的思政课教师队伍。
Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education.The key to running the course is teachers,and the key is to give full play to teachers’enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.When carrying out ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to adapt to the situation,advance with the times,and innovate according to the situation,which also puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political teachers.In the new era,higher vocational colleges should focus on the fundamental task of moral education,from the aspects of strengthening the top-level design,improving the training system,highlighting the concerns of students,and so on,to cultivate a team of Ideological and political teachers with"strong politics","deep feelings","new thinking","wide vision","strict self-discipline"and"correct personality".
