摘要
智能制造是未来制造业创新发展的主攻方向,对高校培养大学生金工实践能力提出了更高的要求。针对南华大学金工实训的现状,深入研究"中国智造"背景下大学生金工实践创新能力的培养。为解决目前金工实训中教学内容陈旧、单一,缺乏创新性,学生学习积极性不高,知识面拓展不足,缺乏创新实践动手环节等问题,提出制定符合学校实际的教学方案,丰富教学内容,建立金工实训创新实践服务平台,提高学生创新思维和实践动手能力,为实现"中国智造"培养更多人才。
Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of innovation and development of the manufacturing industry in the future,which puts forward higher requirements for colleges and universities to cultivate the practical ability of metalworking for college students.Aiming at the current situation of metalworking training in our school,we will conduct an in-depth study on the cultivation of college students’metalworking practice and innovation ability under the background of"Intelligent Manufacturing in China".In order to solve the problems of outdated and single teaching content in metalworking practice,lack of innovation,low learning enthusiasm of students,insufficient knowledge expansion,and lack of hands-on links for innovative practice,we explored how to formulate a teaching plan that meets the school’s reality and enrich the teaching content,establish a metalworking training and innovation practice service platform,improve students’innovative thinking and practical ability,and cultivate more talents for the realization of"Intelligent Manufacturing in China".
