摘要
随着互联网技术的不断革新,"互联网+"产业得到了充分发展,这为当代大学毕业生就业创业提供了许多机会。但是"互联网+"时代的到来,也为大学生就业创业提出了很多新的要求,如果大学生无法严格要求自己,不断提升自身的能力,依然无法顺利实现就业。缺乏专业的创业人才、缺乏足够的创业经验、缺乏充足的社会资源、缺乏家庭的支持和理解等问题依然是制约大学生就业创业的重要因素。为了改变这一现状,需要政府为大学生提供稳定的创业环境,高校为大学生提供充足的实践机会,学生也要不断提升自身的综合实力,大学生就业创业模式也需要不断进行完善和优化。
With the continuous development of Internet technology,the"Internet plus"industry has been fully developed,which provides many opportunities for contemporary university graduates to find employment and entrepreneurship.However,the advent of the"Internet plus"era has also put forward many new requirements for college students’employment and entrepreneurship.If college students cannot strictly demand themselves and continuously improve their abilities,they will still not be able to successfully obtain employment.Lack of professional entrepreneurial talents,lack of sufficient entrepreneurial experience,lack of sufficient social resources,lack of family support and understanding and other issues are still important factors restricting college students’employment and entrepreneurship.In order to change this situation,the government needs to provide college students with a stable entrepreneurial environment,colleges and universities provide college students with sufficient practical opportunities,students themselves must constantly improve their comprehensive strength,and the employment and entrepreneurship model of college students also needs to be continuously improved and optimized.
