教育信息化背景下职业岗位核心能力线上精品课建设探究 被引量:2

Research on the Construction of Online Excellent Courses of Core Competence of Vocational Posts under the Background of Educational Informatization

摘要 随着信息化的不断发展和国内教育信息化的快速发展,教育信息化已成为一种必然的趋势。基于职业能力培养的职业岗位核心能力精品课建设,适应职业教育教学创新与改革需求,强化专业改革的深化发展,提高人才职业能力培养的需求。课程建设突出以职业岗位核心能力的培养为主导,构建对接职业标准的生态课程改革环境,系统设计新形态的职业教育课程,支撑学习者职业能力的培养,促进职业能力与教育教学的深度融合,对于提高职业教育人才培养质量有着重要作用。并对建设过程中存在一定的问题提出了对策,可为建设其他精品课提供参考建议。 With the continuous updating of information technology and the rapid development of domestic education information technology,education information technology has become an inevitable trend.Based on the training of vocational ability,the construction of core competence courses for vocational posts should meet the needs of teaching innovation and Reform in vocational education,strengthen the deepening development of professional reform,and improve the needs of vocational ability training.The curriculum construction highlights the cultivation of core competence of vocational posts as the leading role,constructs the ecological curriculum reform environment that matches the vocational standards,systematically designs new forms of vocational education courses,supports the cultivation of learners’vocational competence,and promotes the deep integration of vocational competence and education and teaching,which plays an important role in improving the quality of vocational education personnel training.And put forward some countermeasures for the problems in the construction process,and provide reference suggestions for the construction of other excellent courses.
