摘要
该文对我国培育高职高专电梯工程人才的实际状况,以及电梯行业需要的专业技术人才的变化进行探究,使电梯专业技术人员的技术水平构成得到整理,从而形成高职院校培育电梯技术专业人才的目的,同时提出,培育电梯专业人才时应该对"外延性"和"专业性"进行注重。
In this paper, the actual status of cultivating vocational elevator engineering talent, as well as the elevator industry needs to explore the changes of professional and technical personnel, make the elevator technical level of professional and technical personnel constitute, thus forming the purpose of cultivation of elevator technology professionals in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward that cultivating the elevator professionals should be to focus on "extensions" and "professional".
