摘要
党的十九大报告明确提到要将人才视作地区发展的重要资源。为了吸引人才留在武汉,武汉市政府相继出台一系列优惠政策。通过调查问卷分析发现,"武汉百万大学生留汉创业就业计划"政策的支持力度较大,执行效果较好。但是仍然存在政策对大学生的吸引力度不够的问题,究其根本,主要是宣传力度不足、薪资待遇较差以及产业结构不合理等原因。
The report of the 19th CPC National Congress explicitly mentions that talents should be regarded as an important resource for regional development.In order to attract talents to stay in Wuhan,the Wuhan municipal government has issued a series of preferential policies.Through the questionnaire analysis,it is found that the policy of"Wuhan millions of College students staying in Han for Entrepreneurship and Employment Plan"has a strong support and good implementation effect.However,there is still a problem that the policy is not enough to attract college students,the root of which is mainly due to the lack of publicity,poor salary and treatment,as well as unreasonable industrial structure and so on.
