摘要
本文研究了不同类型的调节定向对企业创新搜寻的影响,在相关文献梳理和理论分析的基础上,提出了调节定向与创新搜寻间关系的研究假设,并利用我国企业的实践数据进行验证分析。研究结果显示:促进定向与知识搜寻之间、关系搜寻和惯例搜寻之间均存在显著的正向相关关系;适度的预防定向更有利于知识搜寻的开展,预防定向对企业的关系搜寻行为起到抑制作用,而预防定向对惯例搜寻具有正向驱动作用。
This paper mainly studies the influence of different types of regulatory orientations on enterprise innovation search.On the basis of relevant literature review and theoretical analysis,a research hypothesis of the relationship between regulatory orientation and innovation search is proposed,and combined with the practical data of Chinese enterprises for verification and analysis.The result shows as follows:there is a significant positive correlation between promotion orientation and knowledge search,relationship search and routine search;appropriate prevention orientation is more conducive to the development of knowledge search;prevention orientation inhibits the corporate relationship search behavior;prevention orientation has a positive driving effect on routine search.
