摘要
以赤磷烟幕弹烟雾颗粒的生成和扩散过程为对象,通过建立含化学反应和组分输运的控制方程,采用Realizable k-ε模型和动网格技术对烟雾初始流场和发烟片轨迹进行数值模拟,采用不同的发烟片分散方式进行密度叠加,建立完整的烟雾流场结构,对实例中0.08 s、0.88 s、1.8 s等典型时刻流场状态进行分析。结果表明:不同时段的计算结果较好地表现了烟雾颗粒生成的过程,以及烟幕云团中烟雾微粒的粒度分布,清晰地表现了两种分散方式产生的不同形状的烟幕,能够为烟幕弹装药结构设计和改进以及烟雾云团的遮蔽测试提供了参考。
The modeling and analysis method was proposed for the generation and diffusion process of the red phosphorus smoke bomb smoke particles.By establishing the governing equations containing chemical reaction and component transport,the initial flow field and the smoke trajectory of the smoke were numerically simulated by Realizable k-εmodel and dynamic mesh technique,and different smoke distribution methods were used.The density was superimposed to establish a complete smoke flow field structure,and to analyze the flow field state in the example of 0.08 s,0.88 s,1.8 s.The results show that the calculation results in different time periods better represent the process of smoke particles generation,as well as the particle size distribution of smoke particles in the smoke cloud cluster,and clearly show the different shapes of smoke screens produced by the two dispersion methods,which are the smoke charge structure.The design and improvement of the smoke cloud screening test provides a reference.
