摘要
目的:了解二级甲等医院护士知识共享行为和组织支持感的现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法:采用一般资料调查表、知识共享行为量表及组织支持感量表对湖南省5所二级甲等医院的361名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士知识共享行为总均分为(2.76±0.83)分,组织支持感量表总均分为(3.47±O.69)分,知识共享行为与组织支持感呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:二级甲等医院护士知识共享行为处于中等偏低水平,组织支持感处于中等水平,组织支持感越强护士知识共享行为水平越高。护理管理者可根据影响因素进行针对性干预,通过增强组织支持感提升护士的知识共享行为,从而提高护理服务质量。
objective:To understand the current situation of nurses‘knowledge sharing behavior and perceived organizational support in 2A-level hospitals,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 361 nurses from 52A-level hospitals in Hu7nan province using general information questionnaire,knowledge sharing behavior scale and organizational support scale.Results:The total score of nurses knowledge sharing behavior was(2.76±0.83),the total score of perceived organizational support scale was(3.47±0.69),and the knowledge sharing behavior was positively correlated with perceived organizational support(P<0.01).Conclusion:The knowledge sharing behavior of nurses in 2A-1evel hospital is at a moderate level,and the perceived organizational support is at a moderate level.The stronger the perceived organizational support,the higher the level of knowledge sharing of nurses.Nursing managers can carry out targeted intervention according to the influencing factors and enhance the knowledge sharing behavior of nurses in the hospital by enhancing the sense of perceived organizational support so as to improve the quality of nursing service.
