摘要
校企合作是国家提倡的一种办学模式,可以提高人才培养的针对性和实效性,提高应用型人才的培养质量。该文以长沙医学院药学院与湖南九典制药股份有限公司等多家药企共同办学、共同开展科学研究、共同分享成果的合作经历,总结在人才培养及科研过程中取得的成绩,为新形势下医学院校药学类专业开展校企合作提供借鉴和参考。
School-enterprise cooperation is a school-running mode advocated by the state,which can improve the pertinence and the effectiveness of talent training and improve the quality of application-oriented talent training.Based on the cooperation experiences of conducting scientific research,sharing the achievements of cooperation among School of Pharmacy of Changsha Medical University and Hunan Jiudain Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD,and other drug companies.This paper summarizes the achievements made in the process of talent training and scientific research to provide reference for pharmacy majors in medical colleges or universities to cooperate with enterprises under the new situation.
