轨交站点地区出行行为与空间环境适配性评价研究——以武汉市居住型站点为例 被引量:7

摘要 分析了轨交站点地区出行行为与空间环境的适配关系,运用层次分析法,建立了包括路径高效性、换乘便捷性、空间可达性与环境舒适性四个维度的适配性评价框架。以武汉市12个居住型轨交站点地区为研究对象,运用主成分分析法和相关性分析法,提取19项关键性评价指标,构建了出轨交站点地区出行行为与空间环境适配性评价指标体系。结果表明:其中"路径高效性"和"换乘便捷性"指标共占12项,高密度高连接的路网和便捷的换乘设施是支撑轨道交通出行的必要条件;"空间可达性"占2项,空间利用的高混合度对轨道交通出行具有促进作用;"环境舒适性"指标占5项,连续的建筑界面、适宜的街道尺度和街道绿化对轨道交通出行心理环境感知会产生积极影响。 Analyzing the relationship of matching between the travel behavior and the built environment in the subway station area,and using the analytic hierarchy process,this essay establishes the evaluation framework of the spatial matching from four aspects including path efficiency,transfer convenience,spatial accessibility and environmental comfort. Taking12 residential subway stations in Wuhan as the research object,using principal component analysis and correlation analysis methods,19 key evaluation indicators are extracted to establish the evaluation index system for matching. The results show that12 items of " Route efficiency" and " Transfer convenience" indicators means that high-density and high-connection road network and convenient transfer facilities are the basic and necessary conditions for supporting rail transit travel. 2 indicatorsof " Spatial accessibility" show that land use with mixed-functions promotes rail transit travel. 5 indicatorsof "Environmental comfort" refer that continuous building interface, suitable street scale and street greening have a positive impact on the psychological environment perception of rail travel.
