摘要
传导充电作为电动汽车实现能量补给的主要形式之一,涉及供电网、供电设备和电动汽车等多个部分。影响传导充电过程的因素较多,其安全性直接关系到电动汽车终端用户的使用体验以及生命财产安全。为了分析电动汽车传导充电的安全性,本文以直流充电系统为研究对象,对直流传导充电风险点进行研究,引入风险矩阵分析法进行风险等级评估。研究结果表明:电池"析锂"、绝缘电阻偏低和接地电阻过大均属于不可接受风险。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了预防改进措施,可有效防止不可接受风险的发生与蔓延。
The conductive power transfer is the main form of energy replenishment for electric vehicles,and it involves power grid,power supply equipment and electric vehicle.Many factors affecting the safety of conduction charging are directly related to the experience of the users of electric vehicles and the safety of life and property.To do deep analysis on the safety of conductive charging for the electric vehicles,this paper takes DC charging system as the research object to study the risk points of DC conductive charging and introduces risk matrix analysis method to evaluate the risk level.The results show that lithium precipitation,low insulation resistance,and high grounding resistance are unacceptable risks.On this basis,the targeted prevention and improvement measures were put forward to effectively prevent the occurrence and spread of unacceptable risks.
