摘要
介绍一种检测无氰硬金首饰金含量的新方法——失重法-ICP光谱法,该方法通过将样品灼烧,经混合酸溶解后在电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定,通过差减法测得金含量。方法的检测精密度为0.1‰;测定范围为995.0‰~999.9‰。该方法测试结果虽高于火试金重量法,但差值稳定在0.1‰左右,且方法精密度和准确度良好,可用于日常生产样品的过程监测。
This paper introduces a new method for detecting the gold content of cyanide-free hard gold jewelry--weightlessness method--ICP spectroscopy.The method measured the gold content by the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)after the sample was burned and dissolved with mixed acid.The detection precision of the method is 0.1‰.The measurement range was 995.0‰~999.9‰.Although the test result of this method is higher than that of fire gravimetric method,the difference value is stable around 0.1‰,and the method has good precision and accuracy,which can be used in the process monitoring of daily production samples.
