摘要
随着我国科学技术的不断发展,社会生产力也在持续提高,在高速发展的大背景下,生产加工业若想契合当前时代的需求,就必须对加工中的变形进行控制。铝合金凭借抗弯曲、抗冲撞以及抗腐蚀的良好性能,逐渐成为工业建设中主要的生产材料,在薄壁铝合金零件的加工中,如出现形变则加工质量会随之受到一定的影响,为此下面将对消除薄壁铝合金加工变形的技术进行分析,并结合当前实际情况提出了具体对策,从而有效保障生产的整体效果,避免影响质量。
With the continuous development of science and technology in our country,the social productivity is also continuously improving.Under the background of rapid development,if the production and processing industry wants to meet the needs of the current era,it must control the deformation during processing.Aluminum alloys have gradually become the main production materials in industrial construction due to their good properties of bending resistance,impact resistance and corrosion resistance.In the processing of thin-walled aluminum alloy parts,if there is deformation,the processing quality will be affected to a certain extent.The following will analyze the technology of eliminating the processing deformation of thin-walled aluminum alloy,and put forward specific countermeasures in combination with the current actual situation,so as to effectively ensure the overall effect of production and avoid affecting the quality.
