Study on key technologies of solar energy photothermal conversion for heavy oil thermal recovery

摘要 为了推动太阳能光热转换稠油热采技术发展,降低开发成本。针对塔式太阳能光热转换稠油热采关键技术开展系统研究。论证了我国稠油主产区开展太阳能光热转换技术应用的可行性;给出了塔式太阳能光热转换稠油热采的系统构成;优选了蓄热储能材料;重点研究了聚光集热系统、蓄热储能系统及蒸汽发生系统的关键设备选型及设计要点,综合比选了光热转换技术与注汽锅炉的技术经济性。研究表明:二元混合硝酸盐可作为光热转换稠油热采的储能材料;循环对流式调节阀是集热系统重要部位的首选类型;优化vs1型熔盐泵可满足冷热熔盐运行要求;双壁夹套熔盐储罐可消除主要风险是今后的主流设计;高温基础隔热设计应确保基层混凝土温度不超过70℃;预热器+蒸汽发生器+过热器组合换热可满足稠油热采需要的蒸汽指标;加强各单元设备材质的优选是确保整个系统安全运行的关键。 In order to promote the development of a solar photothermal conversion for heavy oil thermal recovery and reduce the development costs.The key technologies of heavy oil thermal recovery via tower solar photothermal conversion are systematically studied.This work demonstrates the feasibility of applying solar photothermal conversion technology in the main heavy oil-producing regions in China which gives the system composition of tower solar photothermal conversion heavy oil thermal recovery and optimizes the heat storage materials.This work focuses on the key equipment selection and design points of concentrating the heat collection system,heat storage system,and steam generation system.The technical economy of the photothermal conversion technology and the steam injection boiler are comprehensively compared and selected.The results showed that binary mixed nitrate could be used as an energy storage material for photothermal conversion for heavy oil thermal recovery.Besides,It has been found that circulating convection regulating valve is the preferred type of important parts of heat collection system.Also,optimizing VS1 molten salt pump can meet the operation requirements of hot and cold molten salt.On the other hand,a double-walled jacketed molten salt storage tank could be the mainstream design in the future.The thermal insulation design of a high-temperature foundation should ensure that the temperature of base concrete does not exceed 70℃.Finally,the combined heat transfer of preheater,steam generator,and superheater can meet the steam index of heavy oil thermal recovery,and strengthening the material selection of each unit is the key to ensure the safe operation of the whole system.
