摘要
专业类院校的"双一流"建设要求注重学科群协同共进,强调优势学科发展。对于专业图书馆而言,既是机遇也是挑战,学科馆藏建设必然是重中之重。中央美术学院图书馆为助力学院"双一流"建设,首先从学科发展、文献保护、馆员建设以及读者服务方面综合考察了项目实施的必要性,全面分析了传统分类排架法存在的问题,结合图书馆目前常用的密集库排架法,利用其优势,设计出以层格坐标架位号为主、传统分类号为辅的模糊排架管理模式,并通过公共检索系统OPAC呈现给读者,实现精准定位。该排架法广泛听取一线专家学者的建议,通过分析自身馆藏特点及读者使用习惯,按专业学科划分架位,为每册文献赋予唯一的架位号,精确定位到层格,而在同一层格内可以灵活的按照文献特点模糊排架,进而可实现更为合理的摆放,也可以达到文献保护的目的。我们在设计架位号结构时力求简洁易懂,通过认真实践以及深入调研读者体验,我们认为用架位号取代传统索书号面向读者,是一种更友好的索书方式。并且通过新排架法的实施,可以使得架位分布更符合学科发展规律,从而更好地助力图书馆专业学科馆藏建设。
For professional libraries,the construction of professional subject collections is the most important task.First,We comprehensively investigated the necessity of project from the development for subjects,protection for literature,librarian construction and services for readers.We have analyzed the problems existing in the method of traditional classification.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of the Compact Stacks,we designed a Shelving Method which is the coordinate rack number as the main and traditional classification number as the supplement.At the same time,it is presented to readers through the system of OPAC.This method divides shelves according to subjects,giving a unique number to each book in order to position to the grids.In the same grid,it can be flexibly arranged according to the chararcteristics of the literature,so as to achieve the purpose of protection for literature.We hope that the structure of the shelf number is concise and easy to understand.It is a more user-friendly way to use the grid number to replace the traditional call number for readers.Through the implementation of this new method,the distribution of shelf positions can be in line with the development of subjects and the construction of library.
