攀钢无铬钝化热镀锌板白锈缺陷研究

摘要 为了弄清攀钢镀锌卷无铬钝化表面处理板产生白锈缺陷的原因,结合无铬钝化液成膜机理、无铬钝化液成膜的工艺,利用扫描电镜(SEM)检测、镀锌板面粗糙度检测分析了缺陷产生的原因,并提出了改善攀钢无铬钝化工艺的具体措施:改善涂辊和无铬钝化前镀锌板表面粗糙度的均匀性;采用适当的烘干固化工艺。 In order to understand the causes of white rust defects in chrome-free passivation surface treatment sheets of Panzhihua Steel Company,combined with film formation mechanism and process of chromium-free passivation solution,scanning electron microscope(SEM)detection and surface roughness detection were used to analyze causes of white rust on galvanized sheets after chrome-free passivation treatment,and the measures for improvement of chromium-free passivation technique in Panzhihua Steel Company was proposed:one was to improve the uniformity of surface roughness of roller coating and galvanized sheet before chromate free passivation,the other one was to adopt proper drying and curing process.
