摘要
可拆卸建筑是一种能够便捷拆卸重组的建筑类型,具有快速建造、可移动、可重复拆装、构件可重复利用等优势,在现实生活中具有良好的应用前景和发展潜力。目前我国可拆卸建筑还存在外观不美、拆装不便、性能不佳和耐久性差等方面的问题亟待完善与解决。文章定义了可拆卸建筑概念,简述了可拆卸建筑发展的基本情况,并以制造业DFMA理论与技术指导可拆卸建筑的设计过程,在结构选型与材料选择、构件加工、模块集成、拆装工序、连接方式、建筑产品系列化等方面提出相应的设计策略,以期对该类建筑未来理论研究和项目实践提供一些借鉴与参考。
Detachable building is a kind of building type that can be easily disassembled and reorganized.It has the advantages of rapid construction,mobility,repeated disassembly and reuse of components.It has good application prospects and development potential in real life.At present,China’s detachable buildings still have some problems,such as poor appearance,inconvenient disassembly,poor performance and poor durability,which need to be improved and solved.This paper defines the concept of detachable building,briefly describes the basic situation of the development of detachable building,guides the design process of removable building with the theory and technology of manufacturing DFMA,and puts forward the corresponding design strategies in the aspects of structure selection and material selection,component processing,module integration,disassembly process,connection mode,serialization of building products and so on.In order to provide some reference for the future theoretical research and project practice of this kind of architecture.
