摘要
针对中国现行男女差龄退休制度,本文以2014年"退休年龄问题的调查研究"课题组在全国28个省级行政区(青海、西藏、海南、台湾、香港和澳门除外)进行的问卷调查得到的3889个样本为研究对象,基于Logistic回归模型,从个人、家庭、工作和其他四个角度研究了中国城镇职工同龄退休意愿的影响因素。结果表明:性别和年龄对男女同龄退休意愿有显著影响,女性比男性反对同龄退休的比率更高,并且持反对态度的几率将随着年龄的增大而提高;婚姻状况、家庭负担、月收入水平、岗位性质和工作满意度等因素与职工同龄退休意愿之间不存在显著关系;延迟退休意愿及其相关因素对同龄退休亦存在显著影响。因此,本研究为延迟退休方案的制定和保护女性劳动就业权益,维护性别平等和女性平等提供了理论依据和参考建议。
The current retirement policy in our country exercises different retirement ages for woman and man,this paper takes 3889 samples from 28 provinces(except Qinghai,Tibet,Hainan,Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao)conducted by the group of‘Research On Retirement Age’in 2014.Based on the logistic regression,this survey studies the factors of Chinese workers’willingness to equal retirement age from four perspectives:individual,family,work and the others.The results show that:gender and age have significant effects on men’s and women’s willingness to equal retirement age;women with a higher ratio than men to oppose the equal retirement age,and the odds of opposition increasing with age;marriage,family burden and other job factors such as monthly income,job nature and job satisfaction have no significant relationship with workers’willingness to equal retirement age;postpone retirement and related factors also have significant effects.As a result,this paper provides theoretical basis and reference suggestions for the plan of postpone retirement,protecting women’s rights and gender equality.
