摘要
在现代信息技术不断发展与进步的背景下,针对秦淮河河道管理面临"线长、事多、标准高、数量大"等问题,应用信息技术手段促进河道长效管理,切实提高了河道管理的能力和成效,也是水利现代化建设的必然要求。
Under the background of the continuous development and progress of modern information technology,the river management of qinhuai river is faced with such problems as"line length,multiple tasks,high standard and large quantity",and the application of information technology means to promote the long-term management of the river,effectively improve the ability and effectiveness of the river management,which is also the inevitable requirement of the modernization of water conservancy.
