摘要
在新文科背景下,人力资源管理专业人才培养呈现新的探索和发展。首先,梳理了“新文科”的内涵和建设要求;其次,对安徽省内及省外高校的人力资源管理专业的培养目标和课程进行对比分析;最后,以安徽理工大学为例,归纳新文科背景下人力资源管理专业人才培养与建设问题,并提出人才培养实现路径的政策与建议。
Under the background of new liberal arts,the cultivation of human resource management professionals presents new exploration and development.This paper firstly sorts out the connotation and construction requirements of“new liberal arts”.Secondly,it makes a comparative analysis to the training objectives and courses of human resource management in colleges and universities in Anhui Province and other provinces.Finally,taking Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper summarizes the problems of human resource management talent training and construction under the new liberal arts,and puts forward policies and suggestions on the realization path of talent training.
