摘要
"三全育人"是新时代高校育人工作的新理念。深化"三全育人"综合改革需要深度整合高校育人的资源载体,从而实现高校思想政治工作体系的再造。高校基层团支部作为高校共青团组织育人的重要载体。应充分发挥其服务青年成长成才的育人功能,从思想政治引领、"枢纽型"组织塑造,文化"小生境"建构等方面加以改革,提升基层团支部的活力,发挥基层团支部全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人功能。
“Three-wide education”is a new idea of college education in the new era.Deepening the comprehensive reform of“Three-wide education”needs to deeply integrate the resource carrier of education in colleges and universities,so as to realize the reconstruction of ideological and political work system in colleges and universities.As an important educational organization of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,the grassroots Youth League branch should give full play to the educational function of helping young people grow up and become talents,reform from the ideological and political guidance,“pivot”organization shaping,cultural“niche”construction and so on,to enhance the vitality of grassroots youth league branch,and give full play to the all-member,whole-process and all-directional educational function of grassroots youth league branch.
