摘要
辅导员是高校思政政治队伍的骨干力量,新时期随着高等教育不断深化改革,高校思想政治教育也面临新问题和挑战。加强辅导员职业能力建设,提升辅导员工作科学化水平,对高校思政政治教育有着重要意义,而科研能力提升是辅导员工作科学化水平的关键。
Counselors are the backbones of the ideological and political team in colleges and universities.With the deepening reform of higher education in the new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities is also facing some new problems and challenges.It is of great significance for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of counselors’professional ability and enhance their scientific work level.However,the improvement of scientific research ability is the key to the scientific level of counselors’work.
